Due to the change of opening and closing date of semesters for the academic year 2018 – 2020 to be earlier, the time available for thesis completion is shorter for Ph.D. students with ID beginning with 60, and Master students with ID beginning with 61.
To reduce the impact on the change on such students, Graduate Studies, therefore, changes the deadline to submit the complete thesis for graduate students in academic year 2019 as follows:
For filing the request for graduation in the second semester of 2019, Ph.D. students with ID beginning with 60, and Master students with ID beginning with 61 shall submit the complete thesis with other required documents to Graduate School no later than July 31, 2020.
For students with other IDs, the date of thesis submission remains the same.
